Fanya has been in the game for over a decade as a well-respected stylist in the ethnic community and an experienced Crack curator. She knows what to do when it comes to growing and maintaining natural hair the right way. Clients come from near and far just to have her hands slay their hair because she goes above and beyond to make sure her clients' natural hair flourishes. Being a part of Fanya's clientele gives you exclusive access to services, products, promotions, and more. Once booking times become available, existing clients receive first access before the books open for new clients. It's the exclusive treatment for me! Unfortunately, there are no walk-ins at this establishment.  This is an appointment only based Salon that takes pride in giving each customer their undivided attention. We cater to all cultural beliefs and value our client's privacy.  Doors will remain locked unless you have an appointment to be serviced. 

You will receive an invite to your Underground Booking Portal via email. 

The client portal is a customized underground terminal to access the life of your hair. You are able to 

• Book appointments
• Place deposits
• Review uploaded pictures of your hair journey
• Communicate with your stylist via messenger
• Add notes
• Review all booking and cancellation policies

This is more of a personal experience compared to most scheduling platforms stylist use.

 The Calendar opens up every 2 months. If you do not see any availability within the two-month option, it means it is booked at the moment. Availability will appear if an appointment becomes available. There is no waitlist or cancellation list. Continue to check any available openings as clients may reschedule occasionally. If this is a hair emergency and you are requesting a time that is not available, please see "Services" tab for accommodation fee.

At this moment, no referral is necessary.

Current clientele can make appointments via their client portal. Please see "Booking" page to obtain login.

We will be servicing Current Clientele until May 22, 2022. After May 22, we will begin accepting new clients for appointments via the inquiry form on the "New Client" Tab. New clientele who inquired before Jan 2022 via email will be contacted and offered appointments first before slots are offered to the public.

Unfortunately, this is a question that we cannot answer at this time due to a vast waitlist. Our team will do everything possible to make sure everyone gets an opportunity. Please ensure you're on the email list to be notified of any opening and/or cancelations. 

Due to the heat damage silk presses may cause overtime, this service is not offered at this establishment.  Fanya takes pride in nourishing, revamping and protecting her clients' curls, especially before any heat is provided. 

If your hair is in a damaged state, we require a consultation to assess your hair's needs. This establishment puts the health of your hair first to prevent any further damage. You will be placed on a hair plan to rectify all the problems you are facing with your Mane. Typically, plans range from 1-3 months if followed step by step. An appointment will follow once plan is completed. 

All products used at this establishment are cruelty free, contain zero sulfates and free from any harsh chemicals.  

Yes, all textures are welcomed and will not be a challenge for us. Thin to thick, experienced with all densities. 

It's all in the moisture here at Crack house. Roots and edges are laid and will remain laid!   

• No additives like balm or gel are used.  Booking with us, you will enjoy the sleek and long-lasting effect that the current clientele raves about. We do not believe in product build-up when there's so much life in our blowouts. 

3-4 weeks or more. A care guide will be given once your appointment has completed. 

We are beginning to accept 12-year Olds and up as a prep service only. (See service tab-Prep Service) This establishment does not offer blowouts for ages under 15 due to the change in texture during the years of puberty. We accept children who are well-mannered and will respect this establishment.

You weren't referred to Fanya for no reason. All clients rave about being "In and out." We respect your time just as much as we would like you to respect ours. We also believe highly in keeping the line of communication open if uncontrollable circumstances do occur.

You may purchase products online at www.creamycrackshop.com. In Notes, add "Pick up." You will be contacted within 24-48 hours of your purchase to arrange a pickup date and time. Your shipment fee will then be reimbursed upon arrival.  If you have an appointment made, add in notes that you will be picking up your products at your appointment date.

Yes, this establishment has a zero-tolerance policy. We reserve the right to refuse services to any customers being unruly, disrupting the business or its operations, causing injury, stress, or upset to any customers.

• Card- We accept all major credit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo along with American Express and Discover Cards. However, there is an additional 3.5% processing/service fee to use any of these cards.

Unfortunately, we do not accept checks. and do not give cash back on credit/debit cards.
