The wait for being situated in your "Hair Home" will arrive quicker than know. You will be contacted via email as we go in order of entry. 

 All new clients are required to book a consultation as entryway to Crack House. This is so a proper analysis can be done based on the current state of your natural hair.  

  Crackhead Consultations are essential as they are an in-depth assessment. The depth of the consult is determined by the Consultation you choose. This becomes vital to the overall life of your hair as a plan is put in place that changes your routine maintenance for your hair. It is also essential for your stylist to see and understand your goals. This is also to determine what may be keeping you stagnant. Each case is different and if a Hair Plan is put in place, it is customized and tailored to your hair's needs. This is an opportunity to dive in deep with a stylist with over a decade of experience with questions you may have about your hair.

  This is to give you options based on what best suits your hairs current needs and goals! 

 This is only if you feel like your hair is healthy and ready for services!

If when you come in for the Vibe Check and your hair is not healthy or ready for any other services then we will recommend you to book one of the other options to go more in-depth and receive a full Crackhead Analysis. Once this is completed you will be given the correct course of action and based on these recommendations you will be able to book other services.

 Welcome to the Crack House family! Sometimes, it takes two to achieve what your hair desires and that's by implementing a Growth Plan. During this Consultation, Fanya will assess all challenges you may be facing with your Natural Hair. An in-depth conversation about your hair's history will be had, and redirection to proper hair care will be put in place. You will then be set up with a client portal that will keep track of your growth journey, documents, and all conversations had with this establishment.

This is not a service; this is a Full assessment which includes:

•  Scalp and Hair Analysis. 
• Color Consultation- Estimation
• A full printed and signed recommendation form with instructions on your treatment plan. 
• Treatment plans include product redirection. 
• Wine down- Snacks and Wine/ Drinks are offered during the treatment
• CRACK USER MUG SHOT PHOTOS- These photos will only be available for your purposes until your goal is reached. 
• Comes with complimentary Free hair oils

1-1 With your hair Expert. While the Crack treatment is in your hair, there will be a full assessment Internal and external.

Includes:

• Crack treatment
• Luxury hot towel treatment
• Scalp Massage
• Coconut steam treatment
• Fanya’s Famous Wash with Creamy Crack Shampoo and Condition with a conditioner that best fits your hair needs.
• Blow-dry (this is not Fanya’s Top Tier Blowout)
• A Corrective Trim or cut if needed. Is also included.
• CRACK USER MUG SHOT PHOTOS- These photos will only be available for your purposes until your goal is reached. 
• Comes with complimentary Shampoo and Conditioner Samples!
• Go home with your own personal consult folder! 
• This folder will include $10 in Crack Currency that can be used towards a service or purchasing products in the Crack Shop, a full printed and signed recommendation form with instructions on your treatment plan, Personally Recommended products for your hair needs and goals.
• 24/7 access to the customer portal to upload photos, ask questions, and book other services.

Disclaimers- Please choose what's best fit for your hair goals and needs.

 We do not offer straightening services on entry due to the unsurety of the clients' current hair state until it's assessed properly. This is how heat damage forms.   

If your hair is healthy- We also do not offer styling services with the consultation due to the inability to predict slot time with each new client's natural hair.  

 We ask our new clients to pay in full to establish a trusting and reaffirming relationship.

 That is determined by the current condition of your hair. We recommended reaching out if unsure. 

Unfortunately, this is a question that we cannot answer at this time due to a vast waitlist. Our team will do everything possible to make sure everyone gets an opportunity. Please ensure you're on the email list to be notified of any opening and/or cancelations. 

 A deposit is required to schedule most services and will be deducted from the final service total. The deposit varies depending on the service. Some services require full payment. Invoices require full payment. Without exception, all deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If local and/or state governments force us to temporarily close, we will reschedule your appointment for up to 6 months. Absolutely no refunds.

 The duration of your appointment is approximate and based on the service you have booked.
