  Crackhead Consultations are extremely important as they are an in-depth assessment. The depth is determined on the Consultation you choose. This becomes vital to the overall life of your hair as a plan is put in place that changes the course of maintenance for your hair. It is also essential for your stylist to see and understand your goals and to determine what may be keeping you stagnant. Each case is different and if a Hair Plan is put in place: It is customized and tailored to your hair's needs. This is an opportunity to with a stylist with over a decade of experience with any and all questions you may have about your hair!

 Yes, we value ensuring that your hair is ready for heat before we apply heat.  Consultations allow Fanya to assess your hair in its current state.

 This is only if you feel like your hair is healthy and ready for services! 

Come in with your questionnaire ready for us to answer. This consultation option does not come with a treatment plan.

If when you come in for the Vibe Check and your hair is not healthy or ready for any other services then we will recommend you to book one of the other options to go more in-depth and receive a full Crackhead Analysis. Once this is completed you will be given the correct course of action and based on these recommendations you will be able to book other services.

 Welcome to the Crack House family! Sometimes, it takes two to achieve what your hair desires and that's by implementing a Growth Plan. During this Consultation, Fanya will assess all challenges you may be facing with your Natural Hair. An in-depth conversation about your hair's history will be had, and redirection to proper hair care will be put in place. You will then be set up with a client portal that will keep track of your growth journey, documents, and all conversations had with this establishment.

This is not a service; this is a Full assessment which includes:

•  Scalp and Hair Analysis. 
• Color Consultation- Estimation
• A full printed and signed recommendation form with instructions on your treatment plan. 
• Treatment plans include product redirection. 
• Wine down- Snacks and Wine/ Drinks are offered during the treatment
• CRACK USER MUG SHOT PHOTOS- These photos will only be available for your purposes until your goal is reached. 
• Comes with complimentary Free hair oils

1-1 With your hair Expert. While the Crack treatment is in your hair, there will be a full assessment Internal and external.

Includes:

• Crack treatment
• Luxury hot towel treatment
• Scalp Massage
• Coconut steam treatment
• Fanya’s Famous Wash with Creamy Crack Shampoo and Condition with a conditioner that best fits your hair needs
• Blow-dry (this is not Fanya’s Top Tier Blowout)
• A Corrective Trim or cut if needed. Is also included.
• CRACK USER MUG SHOT PHOTOS- These photos will only be available for your purposes until your goal is reached. 
• Comes with complimentary Shampoo and Conditioner Samples!
• Go home with your own personal consult folder! 
• This folder will include $10 in Crack Currency that can be used towards a service or purchasing products in the Crack Shop, a full printed and signed recommendation form with instructions on your treatment plan, Personally Recommended products for your hair needs and goals
• 24/7 access to the customer portal to upload photos, ask questions, and book other services.

 We ask our new clients to pay in full to establish a trusting and reaffirming relationship.

 That is determined by the current condition of your hair. We recommended reaching out if unsure. 

 All color customizations must be scheduled in advance at least 2 weeks or a fee of 4x the original cost will be assessed. Our turnaround time is at least two weeks. All items that need to be dropped off must be done at least 2 weeks in advance. All items must be dropped off during normal business hours. All items that are dropped off must be placed in the hand of the stylist on duty. Do not leave anything unattended outside of the shop or in the mailbox. We are not responsible for anything that is not left with an on-duty stylist.

Unfortunately, this is a question that we cannot answer at this time due to a vast waitlist. Our team will do everything possible to make sure everyone gets an opportunity. Please ensure you're on the email list to be notified of any opening and/or cancelations. 

 A deposit is required to schedule most services and will be deducted from the final service total. The deposit varies depending on the service. Some services require full payment. Invoices require full payment. Without exception, all deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If local and/or state governments force us to temporarily close, we will reschedule your appointment for up to 6 months. Absolutely no refunds.

 The duration of your appointment is approximate and based on the service you have booked.
